An example of a simple monogram (as in not that ornamental) with more than 2 letters. It is hard to read in order, but at least each letterform is legible. Also, this example works across a range of deliverables and at different formats, colours and sizes. I aspire to this now!

Letterform inspiration
By looking at individual letterforms I can hopefully add detail and see how the shapes can interact with each other.

Monograms from Craig
These are what were attached t the brief... an antique feel so I will try and stick to the history, but also incorporate a contemporary feel.
Monograms
I have focused my search more towards antique monograms as these were the initial images sent by Craig with the brief. I hope I can add a different element to the monogram to make it more contemporary.
